Jack White reveals new album tracklist, release date

Jack White has continued drip-feeding his return by confirming the tracklist and release date of his new album Boarding House Reach.

This follows the unveiling of its lead single Connected By Love and some live outings since the turn of the year, and White will be back good and proper on March 23rd when he’s officially due to follow 2014’s vinyl buffet Lazaretto.

The recording of Connected By Love kept White’s well documented antiquarian tendencies going strong as it was laid down in his Nashville apartment using a reel-to-reel tape recorder he purchased when he was fourteen.

Later, more thorough sessions took place at Sear Sound in New York, Capitol Studios in Los Angeles and his Third Man Records base in Nashville with an entirely new troupe of musicians who included drummer Louis Cato, bass player Charlotte Kemp Muhl and keyboardist Neal Evans.
