Honeyblood’s third album In Plain Sight set for release in May

Honeyblood‘s third album In Plain Sight has been set for release on May 24th.

It represents a fresh start for Stina Tweeddale who has signed up with Marathon Artists after beginning writing sessions while drummer Cat Myers toured with Mogwai. “I started writing this at home on my own,” she explains. “At first I felt like a bit of a loner, but once I got used to the cabin-fever I couldn’t turn back.”




“I was isolated in my little house in the middle of nowhere. But it’s funny what happens when left to your own devices. Every move, every song, everything I was doing on this record was new territory. I really didn’t know what was gonna happen.”

The job of presenting the first taste of subsequent recording sessions last year in Los Angeles with producer John Congleton has been given to The Third Degree. Have a listen:
