Gomez will mark the 20th anniversary of their Mercury Prize winning album Bring It On with a London show next year.
The Royal Albert Hall will host the celebrations on May 3rd 2018, almost exactly two decades on from their debut release.
Gomez’s subtle twist on the lo-fi British indie sound was enough to land them the Mercury Prize in 1998 ahead of notable records such as The Verve’s Urban Hymns and This Is Hardcore by Pulp.
Indeed, its enduring popularity was apparent last year when listeners of BBC 6Music voted it the best ever Mercury winner, finishing immediately ahead of Portishead’s Dummy.
