A video for Gengahr‘s Atlas Please single has been premiered.
“We’re always trying to push ourselves and work in new and exciting ways, and that meant breaking some of our own rules and habits with this video to make something we felt proud of,” frontman Felix Bushe says.
“We’d been experimenting with finding locations that represented the environments we were trying to create with our music, and then putting ourselves in them. We filmed the video in the middle of nowhere because it looked like the end of the world and let the place and song combined make all the other decisions for us.”
The track, produced by Jack Steadman, was initially unveiled in September as the band keep their focus on new material despite only releasing their latest studio album Where Wildness Grows in March.
Bushe has previously described the song as ‘us considering that our lasting memories are the ones shared in good company’.
