Fear not, Scottish fans of Frightened Rabbit.
The band’s just announced tour of the UK in the winter mightn’t take them home at any point, but they’re promising something extra special up there soon. “We are aware that this tour is lacking in Scottish dates, but we would NEVER neglect the motherland,” the band promise.
“We have something up our sleeve so keep your eyes peeled for an announcement very soon.”
For now, a general sale of tickets will start on June 17th for the tour which opens at Manchester Cathedral on November 30th – a perfect venue to sample this year’s ‘Painting Of a Panic Attack‘ album, of which Live4ever concluded:
“Stone versus flesh: there’s always only one winner. Frightened Rabbit have defied separation to elevate their granite and eulogies to a point somewhere in between. Not permanent, but to be remembered as much at conception as its passing. Not so much a painting then, but a photograph, a panorama which demands much further attention.”
