New Music Friday has brought the release of Dream Wife‘s new album Social Lubrication after it was unveiled earlier this year with the lead track Hot (Don’t Date A Musician).
The band described the album as, ‘Hyper lusty rock and roll with a political punch, exploring the alchemy of attraction, the lust for life, embracing community and calling out the patriarchy with a healthy dose of playfulness and fun thrown in’, and will be showing it off at in-stores next week, including two at London’s Rough Trade East.
Later in the year, September will bring a tour of the US while gigs in the UK and Ireland are booked for October.
