Franz Ferdinand have shared the video for the title-track of their new album Always Ascending.
“We’re happy to now be Always Ascending on the screen, with ABCDCD capturing the mood of the song and likenesses of the band in perfect detail,” frontman Alex Kapranos states.
“This is pretty much a typical Sunday afternoon round at Franz Ferdinand’s flat.”
Franz Ferdinand’s new line-up, which now includes Dino Bardot, formerly of 1990s, and electronic producer Julian Corrie after the departure of guitarist Nick McCarthy last year, continue their North American tour tonight, and will be playing their new record live well into 2018.
