Franz Ferdinand have revealed their North American touring plans after confirming a new album and UK dates yesterday.
The North American stints are sandwiched in between that UK and Ireland run; the first lot have been arranged for December while a second, longer run is to take place through April and May 2018.
The new album, the band’s first since the departure of guitarist Nick McCarthy and addition of Dino Bardot and Julian Corrie, is entitled Always Ascending.
