Fat White Family will begin a tour of the UK and Ireland at the Birmingham Institute on February 20th, 2016.
The tour is announced ahead of the release of the band’s second studio album ‘Songs For Our Mothers‘ on January 22nd next year, and continues on from Birmingham to Nottingham, Sheffield, Dublin, Belfast, Glasgow, Manchester and Oxford during the rest of February.
There’s then three dates in March; at Bristol, Portsmouth and finally London’s Coronet Theatre.
“While our first LP might be considered an assault, a spasmodic outpouring of disdain generated by the utter tedium of life when it is found unlivable, Songs For Our Mothers is an invitation,” the band have said of their new album.
