Eugene McGuinness will release ‘Sugarplum‘, the latest single to be taken from his 2012 album ‘The Invitation to the Voyage‘, next month.
The track is due for release on December 10th – the radio edit can be heard via Soundcloud below.
‘Sugarplum’ joins a lengthy list of singles to be taken from the Dan Carey and Clive Langer produced record, following ‘Lion‘, ‘Thunderbolt‘, ‘Shotgun‘ and ‘Harlequinade‘.
After a recent spot supporting The Temper Trap in London, Eugene McGuinness will head out on his own short headline tour later this month, beginning at the Liverpool Academy on November 11th. A visit to the Sheffield Leadmill is due a day later, followed by gigs in Bristol (13th) and finally London at the 100 Club on November 14th.
A busy year for the London-based songwriter has also included covering the Lana Del Rey track ‘Blue Jeans‘, which was unveiled shortly before the arrival of his second solo record in August.
