Duran Duran have been revealed as the final headliners for this year’s British Summer Time festival.

They join other headliners such as Kendrick Lamar and Taylor Swift at the London concert series, one that will mark their first show in the city for five years and adds to the band’s other UK and Ireland outdoor commitments at St Anne’s Park in Dublin and Isle Of Wight Festival.

“I look at film of The Rolling Stones at Hyde Park back in ’69 and think of all the great acts who’ve performed there since,” Simon Le Bon says. “It really is an honour to add the name Duran Duran to that roster, and to play our music at one of the world’s greatest inner city locations at BST Hyde Park.”

Gwen Stefani will be the day’s main support, making a UK exclusive festival appearance for 2020 in the process, while Nile Rodgers & Chic are also on the bill.
