Cruush by ARLODAY
Cruush play Manchester Deaf Institute with Ciel this week.
Cruush put their focus on a 90’s MTV aesthetic during a writing retreat in Wales which has brought the new single Rupert Giles.
“We took a sunrise hike up Penygader,” the band have recalled.
We listened to nothing but Neil Young, Brownhorse, and the Van Halen song ‘Panama’. We were sitting by this lake at 6am, with the sun rising, listening to it and all felt well. We knew we had a great song written, we were all sleep deprived and sweaty, the stars were aligning.
A part of Live4ever’s Best Of series last year, the band will end this one with gigs in Leeds and Manchester following the Deaf Institute appearance, while 2026 is to start with a UK tour during February and March.
