Cast are continuing their return with a tour of the UK next month and the free release of ‘Baby Blue Eyes‘ in anticipation of a new album next year.
The John Power-led band start the tour at The Welly Club in Hull on December 9th and remain on the road until just a few days before Christmas.
Cast first made their comeback in 2012 when they met up in the studio with long-term producer John Leckie for sessions which resulted in ‘Troubled Times’, their first LP in over ten years.
“Getting back with the band and working with John Leckie again after all these years apart was just how I envisioned it when I started writing the songs for this album,” Power said at the time. “Then it was all about putting into words what it was I was feeling, about all the things I was seeing all around me and troubled times is what we found.”
