Bob Dylan’s output from 1962’s Blowin’ In The Wind to this year’s Murder Most Foul has a new home.
Universal Music Publishing Group has announced the purchase of Bob Dylan‘s entire back catalogue.
It brings over six decades of releases, encompassing more than 600 songs, under the control of Universal, another major acquisition to go with the likes of Adele, Coldplay and Eminem.
“To represent the body of work of one of the greatest songwriters of all time – whose cultural importance can’t be overstated – is both a privilege and a responsibility,” UMPG Chairman & CEO Jody Gerson responds.
