Ahead of the long awaited follow-up to their brilliant 2010 self-titled debut album, Avi Buffalo have been good enough to share with us another taste of ‘At Best Cuckold‘ in the form of ‘Memories Of You‘ – have a listen below.
The LP has already been previewed with ‘So What‘ and will be released on September 8th. Frontman Avi Zahner-Isenberg, who took up production duties with the help of bandmate Sheridan Riley, has previously said:
“I really like some of the ballad aspects of this record — it’s kind of my tribute to the ballad. I predicted in an interview during the time of my first record what I was going to use in my next record, and I said a lot of major seventh chords, which, to me, sounded like laying down. And that ended up in the record, too.”
