Arcade Fire have announced two more low-key UK shows.
Around a month after visits to Scunthorpe Baths Hall and Edinburgh Corn Exchange, the band will play similarly tight gigs at York Hall in London on July 4th and 5th. A performance at Castlefield Bowl in Manchester then comes a day later, with other summer UK and Ireland outings at Isle Of Wight, Belfast’s Ormeau Park and Malahide Castle in Dublin completing their schedule.
New material from Arcade Fire is expected shortly after drummer Jeremy Gara confirmed they were at the ‘mixing stage’ for studio album number five back in January. “All of the songs have been recorded,” he told Red Bull Poland.
