Amyl And The Sniffers have set their debut album for release on May 24th.

The album will arrive after the self-recorded debut EP Giddy Up and its follow-up Big Attractions, both of which have stuck around through re-releases and vinyl issues long after their original releases.

The band say their album’s lead track Monsoon Rock is ‘just a song to rage to’ and for ‘celebrating good gigs/live music’. “We wrote it around the time of Gizzfest 2017 when it was pissing down with rain but everybody still got into it, just muddier and wetter and real feral,” they continue.

“We ran out of time to make a video and it’s always fun making funny sh*t, if you don’t have a sense of humour and can’t laugh what’s the point of being alive?”
