He’s finally been able to drag The Strokes back out on the road for at least the occasional live date since last summer, but that hasn’t stopped Albert Hammond Jr. from continuing his solo career, and they’ll be a new studio album out on July 31st.

Hammond’s first full length studio record since 2008’s ‘¿Cómo Te Llama?‘ is entitled ‘Momentary Masters‘ and is being previewed with opening track ‘Born Slippy‘ which can be viewed below.

Since ‘¿Cómo Te Llama?’, there’s also been the ‘AHJ‘ EP – released on Julian Casablancas‘ Cult Records label in October 2013.
