The Libertines spent the weekend performing three consecutive nights at the Alexandra Palace in London as the main part of their first European tour in a decade got underway.
Having warmed-up in Copenhagen during the week, the reunited group played the first Ally Pally night on Friday (September 26th) and were subsequently on stage the following evening and yesterday (September 28th).
Once again, the setlist was very much a greatest hits affair; no sign of any new material promised by Pete Doherty and Carl Barat at some point following the band’s return earlier this year.
The Libertines are due to move on to mainland Europe from tomorrow night with a date at the Zenith venue in Paris.
