With the single ‘There Goes Our Love Again‘ due out on August 7th and ‘Getting Even‘ previously being made available as a free download, White Lies have now offered fans another taste of their new album ‘BIG TV‘ with the upload of ‘Change‘ to Soundcloud.
The follow-up to 2011′s ‘Ritual‘ is released on August 12th and has been described by frontman Harry McVeigh as having a more stripped back feel, whilst still retaining a more familiar side to the White Lies sound.
“It’s still quite a full-on sound, it’s just that with less guitars, and less of everything in general, you could hear things being played,” he told NME. “Anyone that was into us from the start and has seen us develop is going to really bloody love this album.”
White Lies cautiously began the promotional duties for their third LP with three gigs over consecutive nights at the Hoxton Bar & Kitchen in London beginning on July 23rd.
