Snow Patrol are on course for the number one album in the UK according to midweek figures released today.
‘Fallen Empires‘ is currently holding off the challenge from former TV talent show stars JLS, while last week’s chart topper, Susan Boyle, is down to #7.
Elsewhere, Coldplay‘s ‘Mylo Xyloto‘ is holding strong in the top ten at no.5, while Florence & The Machine‘s second studio album ‘Ceremonials‘ is at the moment standing at #6.
Outside the top 10, REM‘s new career retrospective ‘Part Lies Part Heart Part Truth Part Garbage 1982 – 2011‘ is a new entry at no.19.
