It’s currently set to be Noel Gallagher’s first gig of 2024.
Noel Gallagher has added a gig at the Guildhall in Portsmouth to his touring plans for next year.
It slots in on March 20th ahead of the previously announced outdoor summer UK tour which is due to visit Cardiff, Wigan, London and Halifax.
Meanwhile, the Oasis songwriter is a part of our wide ranging look back at 2023 in music, one of a number of vets to make their mark this year.
“Gallagher released his fourth studio early in the summer and, despite the ongoing and boring rumours about Oasis, proved himself to becoming ever more accomplished,” it reads.
While bona fide anthem Easy Now sits comfortably alongside his biggest tunes, with a heart-swelling chorus, the album (Council Skies) consolidated his new blend of cosmic pop and good old-fashioned songwriting.
