New releases from Jamie T and The Rolling Stones were among our biggest headlines last week.

Ahead of his big outdoor concert at Finsbury Park last Friday, Jamie T released a brand new song entitled Hippodrome.

Co-produced by Olly Burden, it followed his return last year with The Theory Of Whatever.

We will share more details with you soon as we have them, including a new start date for the tour and for rescheduled shows.”

The Rolling Stones are set to give a first digital release to their 2002 singles collection Forty Licks.

As well as the new Dolby Atmos versions of the tracks, a limited edition 4LP 180-gram black vinyl will also be made available, adding fresh impetus to a compilation which sparked the veteran band’s huge 40 Licks tour as part of their 40th anniversary celebrations.

Along side the stone-cold classics, four new songs were also included at the time of the original release.

Liam Gallagher will launch his Knebworth 22 record with an intimate gig at the London KOKO on August 9th.

The Oasis frontman returned to Knebworth Park last year as part of the celebrations which surrounded the 25th anniversary of the band’s era defining concerts there in 1996.

Foo Fighters have announced some UK stadium shows for next year.

More immediately, the band are due to continue their summer festival appearances in Quebec on July 8th.
