Circa Waves are at Reading/Leeds later this month.
Circa Waves have released their first new music in two years.
“Hell On Earth is about the world moving so fast around you you’re struggling to keep up,” Kieran Shudall explained.
“Record stores closing, politicians lying more than ever, social anxiety at its highest level and that general feeling some days that everything is going wrong.”
This moves the band on from their last studio album Sad Happy, a two-parter which came out between January-March 2020.
“We live in a world split into two extreme halves,” Shudall said of the record. “One moment you’re filled with the existential crisis of climate doom and the next you’re distracted by another piece of inconsequential content that has you laughing aloud.”
