Damon Albarn has signed to Transgressive Records for the release of his second solo album.
Damon Albarn has shared Polaris from his forthcoming LP The Nearer The Fountain, More Pure The Stream Flows.
The successor to 2014’s solo debut Everyday Robots has grown during lockdown from the live project Albarn had intended to premiere last year, and will be released on November 12th.
Promoting the song is the first in what’s set to be a series of shorts entitled Sublime Boulevards – Performance Films, this one featuring Albarn accompanied by a full live band and string quartet.
