Since ending their hiatus, Bombay Bicycle Club have released a brand new album entitled Everything Else Has Gone Wrong.
After being on a break for the best chunk of half-a-decade following the 2014 release of So Long, See You Tomorrow, making a comeback as the world was hurtling towards a pandemic probably wasn’t the best timing for Bombay Bicycle Club.
They did manage to squeeze a lot into their summer and autumn touring of last year though, including a headline trek around the UK and Ireland to mark the 10th anniversary of their debut album I Had The Blues But I Shook Them Loose.
And it’s that album which will be centre-stage again, but in the now-familiar 2020 way on December 15th with the broadcast of a live performance from Konk Studios.
The record is to be performed in full to coincide with the release of I Had The Blues But I Shook Them Loose – Live At Brixton, which from the same date is to look back on that anniversary tour via digital, vinyl and CD formats.
“We’re looking forward to revisiting this album in a special one-off performance and then we’re entirely focused on new music which we hope to get to you next year,” the band have said.
