Blossoms will launch their new album Foolish Loving Spaces with hour-long shows at the O2 Ritz in Manchester on Tuesday, February 4th and the O2 Academy in Liverpool on Saturday, February 15th after its release on January 31st.
Foolish Loving Spaces is Blossoms’ first since 2018’s Cool Like You, and was recorded at Liverpool’s Parr Street Studios, The New Yard and Studio 94 in Stockport with producers James Skelly and Rich Turvey.
“The album is a pure celebration of love in all of its splendid and baffling guises, toying with the so-called sins of lust and forbidden infatuation,” they’ve said. “It’s inspired by a summer spent listening to Stop Making Sense, The Joshua Tree and Screamadelica.”
