Foals will premiere their comeback single Exits on BBC Radio 1 next Monday.

The band have confirmed the news on social media with a snippet of the track ahead of its first play by Annie Mac at 7.30pm UK time. Two parts to Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost are being prepared for release this year, the first part due on March 8th and the second in ‘autumn 2019’.

It’ll be their first studio release since the success of 2015’s What Went Down put the cherry on top of a run of highly acclaimed albums by delivering the band headline status in the UK. “The free air Foals are now breathing is revelatory,” our review reads.

“While the delicate weave of ‘Albatross‘ ebbs and flows, ‘Snake Oil‘ is as unremittingly dirty and distorted as the band have ever seen fit to be. A man who knows little of compromise, the overwhelming schema remains that where Phillipakis’ head is, their fortunes will follow and reassuringly his remorse on the soulful ‘London Thunder‘ reveals a psyche steering away from its past attempts at self destruction.”
