The second edition of All Points East is continuing to take shape with the addition of Christine And The Queens.

Héloïse Letissier will be performing at Victoria Park on May 26th, topping a bill which also includes Metronomy, Beach House and Kurt Vile, who all in turn follow previously confirmed acts such as The Chemical Brothers, Bon Iver and John Grant.

The second Christine & The Queens album Chris was released in September, after Letissier had introduced her eponymous new character on the single Girlfriend. “The song is like a story you tell to your friends,” she said.

“Chris is the gang leader, the kind of person you look for and listen to; he does what he wants, perched up high somewhere, dangling above the emptiness.”

All Points East was launched earlier this year with a regular festival weekend, four days of community free entry and three headline shows dubbed APE Presents.
