There’s now UK shows on Paul McCartney‘s Egypt Station touring agenda after Canadian gigs in Quebec, Montreal, Winnipeg and Edmonton were detailed yesterday.
After those September shows, McCartney will be back in the UK in December for three concerts which include a hometown visit to the Liverpool Echo Arena. “There’s nothing like performing in front of your home crowd, especially when it’s been a while,” he reflects.
“I can’t wait to finish the year on such a high by partying in Liverpool, Glasgow and London. We’ve freshened up the show since our last time round and we are excited to get to play some of our new songs alongside some of the favourites.”
The new solo album Egypt Station is due to to follow 2013’s New on September 7th.
