Gaz Coombes and Goat Girl were two of the guests on Later…With Jools Holland last night.
Gaz Coombes aired Deep Pockets from his new solo album World’s Strongest Man, while Goat Girl performed their excellent single The Man after returning to the UK with some drama last April.
“We are very sorry to announce that we are unable to play our show in Sheffield tonight due to an accident that occurred on our ferry from Dublin this morning,” a social media post explained. “I (Rosy) had boiling water accidentally poured over the left side of my body, and I’m not in a fit state to play.”
“Sorry to everyone who bought tickets or were planning on coming, this gig will be rescheduled at a later date and you will be able to get a refund if you can’t make the new date. We will keep you posted on other upcoming gigs, again we are sorry.”
