Muse will screen their Drones World Tour in cinemas for one night only on July 12th.

Comprising what are described as ‘never-before-seen special effects, perfectly complimenting the creative stage production’, the film will get fans as close as possible to that lavish stage production which Muse have been touring since the release of their Drones album in 2015. Tickets are available from May 3rd.

Although this film will take thoughts back to the band’s seventh studio album, they have been drip feeding new material more recently, with the Dig Down track being followed by Thought Contagion earlier this year. Of the latter, frontman Matt Bellamy remarked:

“The meaning of the song ‘Thought Contagion’ is about how other people’s thoughts, ideas and beliefs can sometimes infect your mind, get into your head and change the way you think yourself.”
