Neil Hannon has been out touring the latest Divine Comedy since its release last autumn, stopping only for a rest in December after it all started in October. As this long spell on the road approached its conclusion on Saturday night, Live4ever’s Gary Mather was at the Albert Hall in Manchester for our photo gallery.

Hannon has described Foreverland, the eleventh Divine Comedy studio album, as being about ‘meeting your soul mate and living happily ever after…and then what comes after happily ever after’.
“Get ready for the most historically inaccurate hit of the summer,” he concluded.
The touring ended at the Bord Gais Theatre in Dublin last night, but there’ll be more chances to catch the band live during the summer when they headline the Deer Shed and Cropredy festivals.
