The 1975 are showing no signs of slowing up as we move into 2017, and have announced another big date in the US.

Fresh off a long North American tour towards the end of last year, the band will play Madison Square Garden in New York City on June 1st, while frontman Matt Healy has disclosed their intention to play to 500 fans at a ‘small venue’ in London next month.

The 1975 ended 2016 talking of their ‘constantly evolving’ live performances as they headlined the O2 Arena in London.

“In December 2016 The 1975 will play their biggest UK headline show to date,” a press release said. “The show will form part of a series of concerts that will be toured worldwide, with expanded visuals and a brand new set list including songs that have never been played live.”

“The 1975’s constantly evolving performance will fuse art and technology to create a unique live experience.”
