Roger Waters gives solo album update with producer Nigel Godrich

Roger Waters

Roger Waters has reminded us of his work on a new solo album via a couple of posts on social media.

In the studio with producer Nigel Godrich, the Instagram snaps show work continuing on his first album since 1992’s Amused To Death. The results will be on display when Waters tours North America later this year – specifically, ‘probably 75% will be old material and 25% will be new, but it will be all connected by a general theme’, according to a press release.

The tour begins on May 26th and will continue with plenty of downtime in between through to a concert in Tacoma, WA on June 24th.
