One of David Bowie‘s final recordings, Killing a Little Time, has been revealed ahead of the Lazarus musical’s physical release tomorrow.
The track is included on the 2CD/3LP album along with No Plan, both some of the last work by Bowie before his sad death in January, just days after the release of Blackstar. The musical has been starring Michael C Hall, and is moving to London’s Kings Cross Theatre not long after the production’s house band, led by Henry Hey, performed its title-track as part of this year’s Mercury Prize ceremony, where the Blackstar album was nominated.
Various Bowie albums are currently some of the UK’s biggest sellers of 2016 so far, Blackstar trailing only Adele and Justin Bieber in figures released by the Official Charts Company last month, with the hits collections Best Of Bowie and Nothing Has Changed also in the Top 20.
