Franz Ferdinand have given their damning verdict on Donald Trump’s 2016 US Presidential campaign.
Their thoughts are encapsulated on Demagogue, a part of the 30 Days, 30 Songs project in which similarly anti-Trump messages are being articulated through a different song each day.
As for Franz Ferdinand, this is their first outing since influential guitarist Nick McCarthy left the band in the summer to spend more time with his family, and duly launched the new Manuela side-project with his wife Manuela Gernede.
“I’d really like to thank all the fans for being such an inspiration over the years,” he’s said. “What an amazing time it has been.”
