After four albums and a decade-long career which particularly on the 2007 debut ‘We’ll Live and Die In These Towns‘ and its 2009 follow-up ‘Music For The People‘ took them to the top of the British rock tree, The Enemy are calling it a day on a UK tour which has grown significantly since the first dates were announced in April.

“As we stand on stage for the last few times on this tour, I’ll be cherishing the last fleeting moments of a decade that has shaped who we all are, bands and fans alike,” frontman Tom Clarke said on Facebook of those first gigs. “We all know what we’ll be sharing.”

“Come, bring your hearts, bring your lungs and leave with our songs, take them onto the streets and into your lives and keep them alive for us forever.”

The band will be back in London on September 16th for another show at the same venue before rounding off the tour, and their career, with three nights back home in Coventry between October 6th-8th.
