Pete Doherty confirms ‘Hamburg Demonstrations’ solo album details

Pete Doherty has confirmed his second solo album for release on December 2nd.

Hamburg Demonstrations’ comes after a successful return to The Libertines since 2014 and, as the title suggests, was recorded at Clouds Hill Recordings in Hamburg with Johann Scheerer.




The album contains a new recording of the Amy Winehouse tribute ‘Flags Of The Old Regime’, first released last year and now with the slightly changed title ‘Flags From The Old Regime’. Also on there are the singles ‘I Don’t Love Anyone (But You’re Not Just Anyone)’ and ‘The Whole World Is Our Playground’ which are available right now to those who pre-order.

Doherty’s solo touring continues in Europe this coming November with two nights at the soon-to-be-reopened Bataclan venue in Paris.
