Blur to release remastered vinyl edition of 1991 debut ‘Leisure’

Blur will make their 1991 debut ‘Leisure‘ the latest album to be the subject of a remastered re-release.

It’s not the first time ‘Leisure’ has been put out in a new form, but this new version announced on its 25th anniversary and pressed to turquoise vinyl by Parlophone has been restored at Abbey Road though is yet to come with any details of bonus content or extra tracks.

It contains singles such as ‘She’s So High‘ and ‘There’s No Other Way‘, whose chart success set the band on the course to huge commercial notoriety once Britpop exploded around the time of of their 1994 LP ‘Parklife‘ whilst bearing much more in common with the baggy, shoegaze movements of the period it was first released in to.
