Ocean Colour Scene will remember 20 years of ‘Moseley Shoals’ by playing their second album in its entirety during various 2016 UK shows.

Starting with outdoor summer concerts in Birmingham, Leeds and Newcastle, the band then round off the year through December gigs at the Manchester O2 Apollo, Glasgow SSE Hydro and London Eventim Apollo.

Released in April 1996, ‘Moseley Shoals’ put Ocean Colour Scene right at the height of the nineties Britpop scene, launching high profile support slots with Oasis and some of the era’s defining anthems in ‘The Day We Caught The Train‘ and ‘The Riverboat Song‘ – the latter of which consistently kick-started a generation’s weekends and introduced countless celebrity guests when it was picked by Chris Evans as one of the main themes for TFI Friday.

Tour dates:

JULY
Birmingham, Moseley Park (15, 16)
Leeds, Millennium Square (23, 24)
Newcastle, Times Square (30)

DECEMBER
Manchester O2 Apollo (8)
Glasgow SSE Hydro (10)
London Eventim Apollo (12)
