Travis have confirmed their new album ‘Everything At Once‘ will be released on April 29th.

The news come with a single, ‘3 Miles High‘, and after the album’s title-track brought their return to the fore back in November. It’s out on the band’s own Red Telephone Box label in conjunction with Caroline International. Michael Ilbert acted as co-producer during sessions at the legendary Hansa Studios in Berlin.

You’ll find Norwegian artist Aurora, last seen covering Oasis‘ classic b-side ‘Half The World Away‘ for John Lewis during the festive period, providing backing vocals on ‘3 Miles High’.

“Don’t overstay their welcome,” frontman Fran Healy has said. “We have learnt to be frugal with our writing. You can say everything you want to say. You don’t need four minutes to do it.’

Travis play low-key dates at the Lexington in London and Roadmenders in Northampton at the end of this month, and promise more UK shows soon.
