New company has Radiohead fans ready for album release

Radiohead fans are expecting a new album any time now after it was spotted that a company named Dawn Chorus LLP was set up last October.

It mirrors what the band have done ahead of the release of their two previous LPs –  ‘In Rainbows‘ and ‘The King of Limbs‘ – and carries the same name as a song discussed by Thom Yorke back in 2009.

Radiohead were first found ‘making a plan’ for their next studio album in April 2014, but were ‘by no means finished’ when drummer Philip Selway gave an update to Drowned In Sound towards the start of last year.

“It’s all coming along nicely,” he said. “We worked throughout the autumn up to just before Christmas, and now we’re just taking some time away for other projects.”

“We’ll get back to it in March and we’ll make an assessment of where we are then, but we’ve been excited about what we’ve been doing so far. It’s by no means finished yet, so we’ve got a way to go. It’s been a productive time though.”
