Joanna Newsom will return with her first album in five years this coming October.
‘Divers‘ follows 2010’s widely acclaimed ‘Have One On Me‘ on October 23rd and was produced by Steve Albini and Noah Georgesonm with guest contributions from Nico Muhly, Ryan Francesconi and Dave Longstreth.
“Further along and down the road apiece from where she took her leave of us, Joanna Newsom plays on,” a statement on her label’s website states. “Breathe deep and equalize your today-ears to the new world of Divers.”
