Video: Damon Albarn, The Black Keys, Coldplay all guest on Later…With Jools Holland

A bumper night on Later…With Jools Holland saw Damon Albarn, The Black Keys and Coldplay all performing live on the BBC’s flagship music show. Scroll down to check out performances from the three acts.

First up is Damon Albarn’s airing of ‘Mr. Tembo‘, taken from his debut solo album ‘Everyday Robots‘ and performed live with his newly formed band The Heavy Seas, which consists of guitarist Seye, drummer Pauli The PSM, bassist Jeff Wootton and Mike Smith on keyboards.

“The album is full of tracks that establish Albarn’s position as the always interesting – and genuinely interested – musician, never shying away from opportunities that will expand horizons from the view of the Westway,” Live4ever’s review of ‘Everyday Robots’ reads.

Also on the show last night (April 29th) were The Black Keys, who played ‘Fever‘ from their own imminent new album ‘Turn Blue‘, while Coldplay performed ‘Magic‘ from the forthcoming ‘Ghost Stories‘ LP.
