Miles Kane has revealed his second solo album will be released through Columbia in ‘late spring’, and is to be entitled ‘Don’t Forget Who You Are‘.

The follow-up to 2011’s ‘Colour Of The Trap‘ has been produced by the Lightning SeedsIan Broudie, with the title track slated for release as Miles’ next single. Others due to appear on the 11-track record are ‘Taking Over’ and ‘Tonight’.

Miles Kane recently described the album as ‘big and positive’ when talking to BBC Newsbeat, adding that his past single ‘Inhaler‘ acted as the blueprint for the new recording sessions.

“That was sort of the blueprint to make this real upbeat, heavy, catchy album,” he said. “That’s what I’ve done, I can’t wait for it to get out there.”

In addition to the full length long player, 2013 has already seen a brand new EP from Miles Kane after ‘Give Up‘ was given a physical and iTunes release last month.
