Video: Guns n Roses Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame performance emerges

Fan footage of a portion of the Guns n Roses performance at last week’s Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame ceremony has emerged online and can be viewed below.

Despite Axl Rose announcing his decision not to attend his band’s induction in Cleveland and former guitarist Izzy Stradlin also not showing up, Slash, Duff McKagan and Steven Adler did appear, and performed ‘Appetite For Destruction‘ favourites ‘Mr. Brownstone‘, ‘Sweet Child O’ Mine‘ and ‘Paradise City‘ with Alter Bridge frontman Myles Kennedy.

Axl Rose wasn’t the only high profile withdrawal from this year’s Hall Of Fame bash. Rod Stewart failed to attend with the Faces due to a bout of ‘flu, while the Beastie Boys also pulled out of a scheduled performance just hours before showtime due to an unspecified illness being suffered by Adam Yauch.

“Beastie Boys regret that Adam ‘MCA’ Yauch will be unable to join Mike ‘Mike D’ Diamond and Adam ‘Ad-Rock’ Horovitz at the band’s induction into the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame,” a statement read.
