Paul McCartney starts 2019 with new track Get Enough

Newly into the 56th year since his breakout with The Beatles, Paul McCartney has wasted no time in getting some brand new material out into 2019 in the form of Get Enough.

A swift response too to last year’s Egypt Station LP, the track is a collaboration with Zach Skelton and Ryan Tedder of OneRepublic on which McCartney played bass guitar, piano, acoustic guitar, harpsichord, synthesizer and synth-bass, with Tedder credited for the programming and background vocals, and Skelton for editing and programming.

The last vestiges of 2018 brought another onstage reunion for McCartney and Ringo Starr at the O2 Arena in London as a short run of UK shows came to an end; touring resumes in North America during the spring.
