‘Beginning To Fade‘ is providing another glimpse of the forthcoming Django Django album ‘Born Under Saturn‘ and can be heard below.
The 7″ Record Store Day single is now online ahead of the album’s release on May 4th. Each member of the band contributed to the songwriting process as recording took place at Netil House in east London and the Angelic Studios in Banbury. “Once we got into the studio it became obvious it would be a bigger-sounding record,” bassist Jim Dixon has said.
“When we were writing the lyrics there were lots of references to rebirth, turning a new page and starting something again,” drummer and producer Dave Maclean added. “I guess that’s something we all felt.”
The band have a UK tour ready to go starting at the Lemon Tree in Aberdeen just a couple of days before their second album is released.
