David Gilmour will play three nights at the Royal Albert Hall in London as part of a European tour which is set to coincide with the release of an as-yet-untitled fourth solo album.

It’ll be the Pink Floyd guitarist’s first tour for the best part of a decade, and starts at the Pula Arena in Croatia on September 12th. Gilmour then plays two dates in Italy and one apiece in France and Germany before arriving in London for shows between September 23rd-25th.

Last year, Gilmour completed work with drummer Nick Mason on what is expected to be the final Pink Floyd studio release, ‘The Endless River‘, which was made up of material recorded during the 1994 ‘Division Bell‘ sessions.
